What the role involves

• As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day production and assembly process, supporting the manufacture of precision composite components.
• Assemble and finish composite components in line with production schedules and quality standards.
• Load raw materials and components for use within the production process.
• Place cut materials and sub‑components into tooling, moulds and fixtures accurately and consistently.
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as presses, ovens and autoclaves following standard operating procedures.
• Carry out basic finishing, trimming and assembly tasks to meet specification requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, production or manufacturing is highly desirable.
