Assessments & Exercises Senior Associate focuses on manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining a high degree of communication between multiple stakeholders.

What the role involves

• Manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining a high degree of communication between multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Resolve roadblocks that impact SLA's within the security assessment lifecycle.
• Assisting with providing ad-hoc reports and understanding of how to present management information to senior stakeholders.
• Analysis of processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvement opportunities to accomplish common goals.
• Driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

Skills and requirements

• Candidates should be able to demonstrate interest in general Cybersecurity principles and have experience of program and project delivery processes in large scale organizations.
• Good understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming and other security assessment activities is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience with logistical demand of clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management.
