Asset Collections Manager focuses on leading the day-to-day management of the asset collection team, ensuring delivery against project timelines and quality standards.

What the role involves

• Leading the day-to-day management of the asset collection team, ensuring delivery against project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and asset management expertise to operational teams and key stakeholders.
• Overseeing project proposals, scopes, delivery and reporting, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Managing third-party survey companies and surveyors, ensuring performance, compliance and quality of output.
• Monitoring and improve data quality, including audit processes.
• Ensure effective use of systems such as Maximo and MiAssets.
