Assistant Cost Manager/Cost Manager focuses on as an assistant cost manager/cost manager, you will be expected to support the project team to successfully manage.
What the role involves
- As an Assistant Cost Manager/Cost Manager, you will be expected to support the project team to successfully manage.
- Deliver capital investment projects which will include gas transmission and storage projects.
- Supporting the successful delivery of cost/commercial management commissions.
- Ensure commissions are managed and completed efficiently, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Assisting in monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities).
- Assist in project reviews at appropriate points throughout the project lifecycle which will inform.
Skills and requirements
- Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
- Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
- Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build.
