Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager position centres on recruit and manage a team of employed Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to ensure the club is operational cover to ensure daily expectations are delivered. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

This role requires a team player with flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to help drive and develop the business alongside the General Mana.

What the role carries

Recruit and manage a team of employed Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to ensure the club is operational cover to ensure daily expectations are delivered. To always deliver outstanding member service. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks. Report and chase all defects, to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.

What the role depends on

• Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Must have a proven track record in driving sales and co-ordinating local marketing activity as well as of recruiting and managing a successful team.
• Must have a proven and successful track record of management experience within a leisure related industry.
