- Monthly club visits from Regional Manager and/or any other Club Support visitors.
Skills and requirements
- Our Assistant General Managers are people-focused and have full accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club and giving our members an excellent experience every da.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts. – desirable.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
