What the role involves

• Supporting the Chef Director across multiple London sites.
• Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, consistency, and service.
• Work closely with Head Chefs to develop, coach, and strengthen their kitchen teams.
• Assisting with menu development, seasonal changes, and supplier relationships.
• Supporting new openings, launches, and operational rollouts.
• Help improve kitchen systems, stock control, GP, labour, ordering, and compliance.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• Circa £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience and background.

Candidate fit

• Strong multi-site experience within premium restaurants, gastropubs, or quality food-led groups.
• Experience working at a high level in quality fresh food kitchens.
• Exposure to Michelin Guide, Bib Gourmand, rosette, or high-quality fresh food environments would be highly advantageous.
