What the role involves
- Help ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, while fostering a culture of care, accountability and learning.
- Support and security is delivered to all staff and young people within the home.
- Our staff are offered regular support, supervision and performance management and we have a proven track record in staff training and development.
Skills and requirements
- Have experience of staff deployment and rota management.
- Minimum qualification is Level 3 NVQ (Caring for Children and Young People) and ideally you will also have a management qualification.
