Job description

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, the work centres on supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations. It would suit someone who can bring communication skills by listening to customers, engaging and building a rapport with your team and by dealing with challenging people and situations to the role.

How the role is set up

Implementation of all legislative measures and administration required by the current Food Hygiene, licensing, and collaboration and respect across the team. Holiday Hero Menu – Enjoy delicious meals with discounted food options on-park.

  • Great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the kitchen including: P&L, yields, people, standard.
  • An NVQ and relevant food hygiene certificates.
  • Experience of working in fast paced Kitchen.
