Assistant Management Surveyor
Job description
As an Assistant Management Surveyor, the work centres on providing support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programs. It would suit someone who can bring excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship building to the role.
How the role is set up
RICS-accredited degree: 24-month programme designed to support you in completing the APC to become a chartered Surveyor. For non-cognate Non-RICS Accredited Degree with honours at lower second standard (2:2) and GCSE grade 4 (or C) or above in English and mathematics.
Where someone would start
Provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programs. Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure. Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations.

Job details
