How support shows up
Emotional and practical support via the Licenced Trade Charity. As Assistant Manager, you'll be supporting the General Manager to maintain that brilliance across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Support the day-to-day running of the Lounge from rotas and team engagement to customer feedback.
What needs to be in place
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
- Strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR and NPS.
Job details
- Hourly pay up to £14.00ph + tips.
- We work hard to ensure you don't work over your contracted hours, but if at times this does happen you will receive overtime pay for every hour worked over contracted hours!
- Staff food on every shift.
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) pro rata.
