How the role works day to day

To support the Store Manager to help meet KPI budgets, communicating these to staff and motivating them to help achieve agreed targets. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will manage the cash handling, banking and associated administration. Demonstrate excellent customer service to all customers and provide customers with expertise information of the product range and it's benefits.
