Assistant Manager focuses on be customer facing and you will help drive performance of the clinic.

What the role involves

• Be customer facing and you will help drive performance of the clinic.
• Have strong management experience within an Optical, healthcare or hi-end retail setting.
• Be adept at delivering great results through your passion for people and by working closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management.
• In-clinic and telemed consultations, discussing life changing benefits of LVC or IOL surgery.
• Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which showcase the professional image of Optical Express.
• Support your team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence.

Confirmed role details

• Full-Time, 40hrs pw, including weekends.
