Skills and requirements

• You’re passionate about fashion, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and understand what our ASOS Design Menwear customer loves.
• You bring solid merchandising experience, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to support and own key areas of the business while building great relationships across tea.
• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail Merchandising team.
• Strong understanding of 20‑something culture and the ASOS Design Menwear customer, with trend awareness.

Candidate fit

• Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the Merchandising department.
• Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets for the department.
• Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss.
