Assistant Nursery Manager focuses on supporting the nursery manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.

• Supporting the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
• Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children's needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
