What the role involves
- Supporting the Photo Manager in motivating, training, and supervising a diverse team of photographers.
- Ensure all team members understand their roles and are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Assisting in planning work schedules and rotations.
- Driving photo revenue by supporting teammates in achieving image capture, conversion, and sales targets.
- Ensure all photo operations, including Gallery, Studio, and Lab, run smoothly and are visually aligned with corporate standards.
- Uphold brand standards for all photo products and services, ensuring professional presentation and high guest satisfaction.
Skills and requirements
- College diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a cruise ship staff photographer position.
- Knowledge of digital photography workflow and commercial printing software.
- Experience and knowledge of photo hotel or cruise ship operations within the US or worldwide.
Confirmed role details
- 6/2 rotation: continual rotations of 6 months onboard followed by 2 months of vacation.
