We will work together to maintain a culture that develops and supports you and your team. Of the Assistant Practitioner is to support the Nursing and Therapy practitioners by undertaking delegated aspects of their role for which they will have been trained and deemed co.

What you need

• This might include funding for a care certificate, a degree or leadership qualifications.
• The post holder will need to hold a Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice, NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
