This Assistant Primary Phase Leader role is focused on act as a point of contact for staff within the phase when the Phase Lead is unavailable. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

As a large specialist education provider, we employ over 1500 people across our schools, college and central support team. Salary: Main Pay Scale 1-6 ([[SALARY_0]]), SEN Allowance, Plus TLR 2BLocation: Arbour Vale School, Farnham Road, SL2 3AE.
What the role carries
Act as a point of contact for staff within the phase when the Phase Lead is unavailable. Contribute to staff briefings, training sessions, and collaborative planning. Supporting the induction of new staff, volunteers, and trainee teachers.

- Safeguarding training (e.g. DSL / Level 3 safeguarding).
- National Award for SEN Coordination or willingness to work towards.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD), particularly in SEND.

- Arbour Vale School is a large and inclusive special school in Slough, supporting pupils aged 2 to 19 with a wide range of educational needs.
