What the role involves

• Collaborate in the effective delivery of projects, focusing on schedule adherence, cost management, contract variations, and risk mitigation, while working closely with team member.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations to ensure engagement and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining and regularly update the overall project risk register, capturing key risks and mitigation strategies discussed in monthly progress meetings.
• Assisting in the development and assessment of cost estimates to ensure financial adherence and accountability.
• Conduct detailed reviews of Contractor designs and deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction or Infrastructure sector, specifically on projects of comparable size and complexity.
• A relevant third-level qualification in engineering or a related field.
• A foundational knowledge and experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in contract administration and project delivery practices.
