- Assisting the Planned Maintenance Manager and Roads Manager in ensuring all operations are delivered in line with contract requirements, maintaining high standards across the board.
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of a dedicated team responsible for delivering both structural and routine road maintenance within your region. You’ll ensure budgets are fully ut.
- Manage a steady pipeline of work for both internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across all projects.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations, environmental standards, and accessibility requirements. You’ll also liaise with clients, emergency services, local au.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant Civil Engineering degree.
- Professionally qualified or working towards professional qualification (IEng/CEng).
- Knowledge of current design standards.
- Working knowledge of contract control and management systems.
