Assistant Shop Manager focuses on ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop.

What the role involves

• Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop.
• Greeting customers and create an inviting experience.
• Assisting with the management of branch stock and produce.
• Providing great service experiences for your customers.
• Assist the Shop Manager with leading and training the team as required.
• Experience with team leading or supervising within food service or a retail.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• We offer a competitive pay of £27,000 per annum, and a working week is 39 hours.
