What the role involves
- Managing and direct delivery teams in the Signalling & Telecoms department to provide production, performance, assurance, technical, analytical, and data quality support to the Maint.
- Managing and direct the Signalling & Telecoms technicians to achieve business and functional objectives and meet key performance measures.
- Managing development of individuals and the engagement of the team.
- Managing the arrangements for staff safety and competence.
- Monitoring asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
- Managing the assurance and non-compliance process within the delivery unit.
Skills and requirements
- Assist the Signalling & Telecoms Maintenance Engineer (High Speed) in the delivery of duties as required.
- Review and approve method statements and/or plans for design and/or work activities as required.
- Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes.
