About the Role
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting repairs, safety checks and building inspections
• Supporting compliance tasks and record keeping
• Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the site
• Helping manage cleaning and caretaking teams
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in maintenance, caretaking or facilities support
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Practical skills in repair, DIY or trades preferred

Salary
