Assistant Store Manager
Job description
The Assistant Store Manager position centres on supporting the Store Manager to deliver a culture of engagement & the national engagement plan, through action planning. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
This is a full-time 40 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 5:30am and 5pm Mon-Fri. Barking IG11 0AS£33, per annum We encourage you to apply if you have relevant experience and expertise for this role, even if you don’t meet all the criteria listed in the job desc.
How the role works day to day
Supporting the Store Manager to deliver a culture of engagement & the national engagement plan, through action planning. Help review performance + monitor customer/store trends. Own & manage store standards in line with the DDC Operational Excellence Guide.
