Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager position centres on developing a strong sales team with a passion for delivering a sense of pleasure to all our customers. It would suit someone who can bring retail leadership, commercial awareness, organisation, and customer focus to the role.

Retail work involved

Develop a strong sales team with a passion for delivering a sense of pleasure to all our customers. Delivering monthly 1-to-1 reviews in line with Company Objectives, Vision and Values, using this time to set. Communicate effectively and relay all appropriate developments on the floor to team members.
