• Supporting the Store Manager: Assist in the day-to-day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
• Driving Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

• As an Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative.
• Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet.
• Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
