What the role involves
- Supporting the overall day-to-day running of the store operation.
- Assisting in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Handling customer enquiries professionally both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Sell available services to prospective and existing customers.
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store is maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Skills and requirements
- Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

- Pay: £27,000 – £28,980 per annum + performance bonus paid every 6 months.
- Full-Time | Permanent.
- Also support the supervision and development of team members while helping to maximise occupancy, revenue, and overall store performance.
