Assistant Store Manager focuses on supporting the overall day-to-day running of the store operation.

What the role involves

• Supporting the overall day-to-day running of the store operation.
• Assisting in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Handling customer enquiries professionally both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Sell available services to prospective and existing customers.
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store is maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Skills and requirements

• Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• Pay: £27,000 – £28,980 per annum + performance bonus paid every 6 months.
• Full-Time | Permanent.
• Also support the supervision and development of team members while helping to maximise occupancy, revenue, and overall store performance.
