• As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving store performance.
• Supporting Sales Growth: Help lead the team to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rota planning.
• Customer Experience: Champion our friendly, personal approach to service on the shop floor.
