Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager position centres on overall quality and performance of the retail store staff. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.
How the role is set up
Supports the training of all employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques. Ensures company customer service standards are upheld so that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
