Beyond technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in client development, financial forecasting, team leadership, and growth.

Main Duties
Hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work
Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services
Client management and development
Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the team
Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
MRICS
Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience
Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
Be able to manage your own workload
Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
Good communication and client facing skills
Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
