As a Associate Director, the work centres on providing technical advisory services to clients including insurers, developers, housing associations, and legal teams. It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.
Where the work sits
Play a role in delivering high-quality architectural analysis, expert opinion, and strategic advice across a range of complex construction and property matters, with a particular f. We are seeking a Chartered Architect with (ARB/RIBA) with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in expert witness and technical advisory services to join our growing.

- Experience across a range of building types, particularly residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including fire engineers, façade consultants, and quantity surveyors.
