The Associate Director position in Cost Control centres on leading and develop teams of Cost Control professionals on complex client projects or programmes. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
What the work leans on
We have a growing national team of over 600 Controls & Performance professionals. Mentor the wider Turner & Townsend Cost Controller team, providing support and guidance where required.
Where the technical work sits
- Leading and develop teams of Cost Control professionals on complex client projects or programmes.
- Driving continuous improvement in cost control (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
- Driving the implementation, embed and roll-out of any identified changes to cost control processes.
Technical requirements
- Extensive experience in a Lead Cost Control role with management responsibility.
- Experience in implementing Cost Control processes and procedures.
- A good understanding of how other aspects of Controls & Performance (Scheduling, Risk Management, Reporting, Change Control) interact with Cost Control.
