We have a growing national team of over 600 Controls & Performance professionals. Mentor the wider Turner & Townsend Cost Controller team, providing support and guidance where required.

Where the technical work sits

• Leading and develop teams of Cost Control professionals on complex client projects or programmes.
• Driving continuous improvement in cost control (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
• Driving the implementation, embed and roll-out of any identified changes to cost control processes.

Technical requirements

• Extensive experience in a Lead Cost Control role with management responsibility.
• Experience in implementing Cost Control processes and procedures.
• A good understanding of how other aspects of Controls & Performance (Scheduling, Risk Management, Reporting, Change Control) interact with Cost Control.
