16 engineers, with the intention of growing over the next few years. The Croydon office MEP team have an established track record of successfully delivering local and regional projects.

Management responsibilities

To manage a team/ office of engineers, specialists. Ensure financial targets and internal KPI’s are meet including motivating others to contribute. To prepare and present designs, reports and specifications.
