The Associate Director position in Building Surveying centres on leading and develop the Building Surveying team in Edinburgh. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
What the work leans on
Being part of this 90 strong team in 12 offices may involve occasional travel within the UK, and the opportunity for some international travel. AECOM are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Associate Director to join our expanding Scottish Building Surveying Team.
Where the technical work sits
- Leading and develop the Building Surveying team in Edinburgh.
- Opportunity to work from time to time with our Pre-Acquisition and Technical Due Diligence Survey team.
- Business Developent - including responding to tenders and attending interviews.
Technical requirements
- NEC Supervisor accreditation (desirable but not essential).
