As a Associate Director, the work centres on control, manage and report contractual obligations from procurement to final account. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

  • Control, manage and report contractual obligations from procurement to final account.
  • Determine schedules, monitor programmes, and understand risks.
  • Forensic analysis in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Technical requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a construction project planner.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, or both.
  • Experience of delay analysis job duties and writing narratives unassisted to a high standard.
