Associate Director - Project Controls & Performance focuses on leading in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges and work with clients to develop and implement our structured approach to discover.
What the role involves
- Leading in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges and work with clients to develop and implement our structured approach to discover.
- Deliver a solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the benefits and outcomes desired.
- Leading in the analysis, definition and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across various stages of the client engagement.
- Leading the delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives.
- Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually.
- Driving key activities within the Programme Advisory team including internal development of transformation products and approaches.
Skills and requirements
- Experienced professional (3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls) with relevant experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable).
- Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across the capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function.
- Experience with writing/presenting reports and ability to navigate through complex stakeholder environments and engage (as required) with C-suite level, executive client teams.
