What needs to be in place

• Relevant degree qualified (Building Surveying/Construction Management).
• Experience in commercial surveying experience - Pre Acquisition surveys/Dilapidations/Party Wall Disputes/Landlord & Tenant services.
• Knowledge and experience working through RIBA Stages.
