Delivering: Lead & verify the production of documents such as flood risk assessments, strategic flood risk assessments, flood risk activity permits, Section 19 reports, and water reso. Leading: Mentor staff within the team to support their professional development. Expertise: Lead input into tenders for complex and high-profile projects like nationally significant infrastructure projects.

What is expected
- Experience and understanding of hydraulic modelling as an evidence base to flood risk assessments / activity permits.
- FCERM appraisal, water cycle study and water framework directive assessment experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong track record of project management, following the principles of the NEC suite of contracts.
