What the role involves

• To assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity and financing transactions in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure sector.
• Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.

Skills and requirements

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Previous investment banking or corporate M&A experience.
• Excellent modelling skills with experience in merger and LBO analysis.
