Role overview
Cross‑Discipline Collaboration: Working alongside Partners in Building Surveying and Engineering to deliver integrated, “one‑firm” solutions for blue‑chip clients. Leading, motivating, and growing the Quantity Surveying team, ensuring quality control and professional standards are met across all projects.

Requirements

- Leadership: Experience managing a team of cost consultants, overseeing resourcing, and acting as an APC Mentor for the next generation of talent.

- Flexible Working: Hybrid Model (4 Days Office / 1 Day Home) and Flexitime.
- Annual Leave: 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- £80,000 – £95,000+ per annum (Negotiable based on experience).
- £80,000 – £95,000+ per annum (DOE) + Performance Bonus + Executive Benefits.
