Job description

The Associate Programme Manager (Infrastructure Construction) position centres on leading or support the delivery of significant, complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

How the role is set up

Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional teams to support successful delivery. Depending on an individual’s grade, example role duties include: Support the team in the delivery of its strategic goals in relation to capability, growth and commercial targets.

Where someone would start

Leading or support the delivery of significant, complex programme management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups. Ensure all direct reports are engaged, developed and supported along their own career journeys; and. Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations.

What is expected

  • Complex, multi-disciplinary programme and PMO management experience.
  • Experience in client management – able to manage the account in terms of ‘live’ programmes while seeking new opportunities.
  • Line management experience in a comparative consultancy business.
