Job description
This Associate Rural Chartered Surveyor role is focused on supporting the growth and development of the Rural Surveying team. It would suit someone who can bring commercially astute and highly motivated, with strong people management, team building, and client relationship skills to the role.

Where someone would start
Supporting the growth and development of the Rural Surveying team. Delivering a broad range of rural surveying and professional services work. Working from four offices across the Midlands, we offer an array of services - planning, architecture, building surveying, valuation and business consultancy.
What helps someone build confidence
Commercially astute and highly motivated, with strong people management, team building, and client relationship skills. Proven track record in rural consultancy and strategic delivery, with strong client care focus. High level of technical expertise in valuation and development appraisal, with confident decision making and problem solving abilities.
What is expected
- All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
