How the role works day to day

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting wider business development initiatives. Working closely with Partners and senior team members across the UK and international offices on cross-border projects. Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, collaboration, outsourcing, system development, and distribution agreements.

What needs to be in place

• A qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial/IP/IT law (candidates outside of this range may also be considered).

• Experience managing client relationships directly and handling matters independently and as part of a larger team.
