Associate Solution Engineer

Associate Solution Engineer focuses on collaborative support: partner with the neo4j sales team to assist in all phases of the pre-sales process.

What the role involves

• Collaborative Support: Partner with the Neo4j sales team to assist in all phases of the pre-sales process.
• Technical Positioning: Be an integral part of the Neo4j sales team, helping to persuade prospective Neo4j users of the benefits and advantages of graph database technology.

Skills and requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Junior Pre-Sales, Professional Services.
• Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote, cross-functional organization.
• Graph DB related experience ie Neo4j or other Property Graph or RDF platforms.
• BI and data visualization (Tableau, Qlik, viz libraries: D3,, Linkurious..).

Confirmed role details

• Assist in designing and building prototype solutions and "Proof of Concepts" (POCs) that demonstrate functional power with Neo4j.
• Solution Architecture: Support the design of solution architectures that address the technical requirements of customer projects.
