Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality fund and portfolio valuation adviceProduce Red Book-compliant valuations, with a primary focus on:Fund and portfolio valuationsFinancial reportingInspect properties, analyse market comparables, and undertake detailed valuation modellingPrepare clear, robust valuation reports and present findings directly to institutional and fund clientsSupport workflow planning, internal QA processes, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines, including capital markets and asset management teamsContribute to business development activity, including fund mandates, bids, proposals, and RFPsMentor junior colleagues and support their technical and professional developmentEnsure compliance with internal risk, regulatory, and professional standards✅ Person Specification
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related property disciplineMRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with RICS Registered Valuer statusDemonstrable experience in commercial and fund/portfolio valuationsStrong understanding of valuation standards, methodologies, and market driversProficient in ARGUS Enterprise / Developer and ExcelStrong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detailConfident communicator with excellent client‑facing skillsHighly organised and comfortable managing a busy, deadline‑driven workloadAble to work both independently and as part of a wider national teamFull UK driving licence🎁 What's On Offer
