What the role involves
- Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales.
- Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras.
- Assisting in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
- Maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
- Managing the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
- Influencing skills, with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries into sales.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- Full-time - working every other weekend and a day off in the week (averaging 5 days a week).
- Position Pays: £50,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential, Company Car.
