Audit Assistant Manager

Audit Assistant Manager focuses on leading compliance assignments, taking full responsibility for the planning, fieldwork and completion of the assignment.

What the role involves

• Leading compliance assignments, taking full responsibility for the planning, fieldwork and completion of the assignment.
• Liaising with clients’ and representing Hurst in line with our values.
• Delivering high quality statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, Board Reports and other deliverables as necessary.
• Supervise the audit team, providing leadership, control and guidance as required.
• Ensure that high standards of quality, reporting and advice are maintained throughout the audit.
• Complete work on time and within budget and identify alternative or innovative methods of completing the assignment.

Confirmed role details

• 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
• Education: You hold a qualification such as the ACA, ACCA or equivalent, which serves as a foundation for the technical expertise required in this role.
• Leadership and Teamwork Skills: You possess strong teamwork qualities and can build strong relationships with your colleagues and clients.
