Practical details
- Up to £, annual package (based on full rota commitment).
- 6 weeks fully paid annual leave (above statutory).
- Monday: Evening shift from approx. 8:pm + sleep‑in.

What needs to be in place
- Second interview (approx. 2 hours) with more in‑depth discussion about the service.
- Minute meet and greet with the service user and Service Team Manager, followed by a first interview.
- Paid training and shadow shifts commence if an offer is made.
