Automated Warehouse Specialist

This Nights role with GXO Logistics in Warehouse Operative is focused on liaise with clients, external logistics providers and the team to ensure smooth running of the operations. It would suit someone who can bring supporting shift-by-shift logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Role overview

Are you an experienced warehouse operative, who is passionate about technology and systems? Every second month you will have 7 consecutive days off!

Main responsibilities

Liaise with clients, external logistics providers and the team to ensure smooth running of the operations. Loading/unloading vehicles and completing associated paperwork. Ensure correct stock rotation and control short dated stock.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes.
• Positive, can-do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and computer literacy.
