Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer focuses on provide technical support and ownership for ot systems (plc, dcs, scada, historian, machine vision).

What the role involves

• Provide technical support and ownership for OT systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, Historian, Machine Vision).
• Ensure systems operate safely, reliably, and in a validated/qualified state.
• Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system.
• Driving automation improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Deliver OT lifecycle activities (design, configuration, testing, validation, maintenance).
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT to resolve production challenges.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in pharma, chemicals, or other regulated industries.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
• DeltaV DCS (Operate, Control Studio, Batch, Diagnostics).
